Eligibility…Food Vendors-8 Spots Available
*All types of food are welcome. *Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to limit the number of like items for sale to avoid over duplication.
*Certificates of insurance are required and need to be submitted along with application. A vendor with cooking/heating equipment shall provide a certificate of insurance for one million dollars ($1,000,000) naming the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce, its agents, and employees as additionally named insured and held harmless.
*Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth and adhering to all health department requirements.
*Request for electric hook-up must be made at the time of application.
Fees…Food Vendors
*Send check for $50 Standard Booth Fee an additional $20 if electricity is needed. Booth Fee will be refunded if vendor is not selected. Make checks payable to Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce.
*Request for electric hook-up must be made at the time of application. To determine the amount of power needed, you should check the electrical ratings label on the appliance or equipment and total the electrical usage. It should not exceed 20 amps or 2400 watts (1 amp equal 120 watts). If your total exceeds these limits, you will need additional power, or you will need to eliminate an appliance.
*Vendors are responsible for having current Missouri tax and license numbers.
*Vendors will be allowed to set-up at 4:00 p.m., event will conclude at 9:00 p.m., and Vendor must dismantle and remove all items brought to the Event by 9:45 p.m. *Vendor Food truck location 5th & Ohio in between The Fox Theatre and the Court House or the “Parking lot next to the Pettis County Annex.”
*Vendors shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in before the Vendor was there.
*No grease or gray water disposal is available.
*No water provided by EVENT
